Thank you for visiting Terroir Arts.
I've been very interested in music, guitar-making and amateur photography for some time. My recent exposure to the local social initiatives, sparked my desire to bring arts and social causes together. This led to the beginnings of Terroir Arts; a blog to explore the possibility of this endeavor.
You might be wondering why the name 'Terroir Arts'. 'Terroir' is French for 'the effects of the land'. It is of my opinion that people are very much related to the land they live in, for culture, language and socio-economic status are all geographically linked. In some instances, land and people are synonymous. What effects the land, effects the people; and vice versa.
Terroir Arts is open to partnerships and collaborations with other organisations, contact me for more information.
Terroir Arts is a pilot trial initiative to bring social elements and the arts together. Kindly bear with us while we refine Terroir Arts over these few months.
